Consumer Electronics Strategy

I spearheaded an effort to broaden Disney's product strategy, moving away from its traditional focus solely on children. This involved recognizing and addressing untapped opportunities in the market by introducing new products tailored to adult consumers.

I presented a proposal to executive leadership advocating for a proactive approach in seeking out licensing prospects with top consumer electronics brands. This led to the establishment of partnerships with industry leaders such as Apple/Beats, Google, Amazon, Garmin, OtterBox, Skin-it, Fuji Film, and Polaroid, resulting in a significant expansion of our portfolio from 3 to 15 partners.

I was responsible for not just the strategy and partner outreach, but creative direction, overlays, art direction, art creation support, and brand assurance.
